It was much appreciated that she made me very comfortable knowing she would be able to help in any way as there are more changes to come in the near future.

Frankly, it's knowing that you are instantly there if we have any questions or concerns, but that you're not continually bombarding us with non-stop solicitations/spam/ads and the such. I really appreciate that.
